Brad and I waiting for the game to start |
Well now to the actual story at hand Bronco's vs. Chicago last weekend. When I bought these and the Jets tickets from my co-worker months ago he thought I was crazy to want these two games. Everyone thought Bronco's would get there butts kicked, well little did we all know of the power of one Tim Tebow that effects so many.
TIM TEBOW... He is making the Bronco's the most popular, well watched NFL team!! His famous act of Tebowing has even been added to the dictionary. He has an aura and way about him that everyone can't help but being sucked itto all his positive ways. It is always a team effort of course but Tim does a great job at rallying the rest of the team around him and coming out with a win.
Sundays game was brutal. It was a defensive fight to the end. Brad and I knew it was going to be a hard game to sit through. It was no surprise when the score was 0-0 at the half. The Bears got some breaks and before we knew it went up 10-0. The game looked like it was over and it was hard to sit there amongst so many Bears fans. I just decided it wasn't over until it was over. To say I was nervous was an understatement, I was FREAKING OUT!!! Tim Tebow, Matt Prater, Von Miller and the rest of the Bronco's rallied to win in OT!!! It was so exciting to see such a huge comeback. All the Bear's fans that polluted the Mile High went home with big tears in their eyes while the Bronco's came out with a HUGE victory.
This year the Bronco's make me remember what a true Bronco's fan is all about. I have always been a fan but this year they are making it fun and exciting. Will we win the super bowl, probably not, but are they fun to watch, you betcha!!! Tebow and Bronco mania is hitting the world as well making it the number one topic of sports. To me this is like "Rocktober" when the Rockies went to the World Series, so step aside folks it is "Te-cember" and the Orange Crush and Mile High Salute is back!!!
